More chance of Simon than Robert đđ»

Nothing new in having an âold handâ as rider/coach. It was commonplace in division two days. Also Lynn need to be competitive to get a big enough crowd to pay the bills. Also, if you read the Kent eagles track review in the Star, you will see how they lament not having such a rider when they came up against a grippy track at Lynn. Not that it was very grippy but it was by Iwade standards.

They canât afford me these days, my demands are on a par with zmarzlik

What about Northampton?
YeOldPitGate replied to RoundTheBoards's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Spot on its a huge financial risk in an untried area for Speedway support I agree maybe do a few open meetings in 2026 to gauge level of support but as you say its probably going to end being the weakest team out of the six which won't help things and if the supports not there and they get stuffed every week it will just close down at the end of the year with some poor sod 100k lighter. -
Not a bad looking side in the watered down league you would hope Lambert and Tungate could put a point on each the other bar King should maintain current averages, I suppose the other question is can Brennan kick onto the next level which will be a harder step to make.
-
None of the above but we need to attract all these riders back to plug the gap in the rider market but I not going say who has been touted as itâs not my place but Iâm told he will be having a practice next week so letâs see

Everyone complains about the lack of track time and opportunities available for prospective new riders to try speedway....... Fact Many tracks offer opportunities and different organisations offer these to facilitate new riders. They also give opportunities to facilitate rider improvement and enhancement. What actually happens is that their is no communication between each track when they offer these facilities and they conflict. Would it not be better that all tracks and training facilities communicate with each other so no conflict of same day activity conflict, meaning lack of numbers deem they cannot take place due to lack of number and all are cancelled due to lack of numbers?

1. R. Lambert 7.81 (8.00 Assessed - 2.5% British Reduction) 2. S. Nicholls 5.25 (1.5 Conversion + Further 2.5% Reduction) 3. D. King 6.50 (2.5% Reduction) 4. R. Tungate 5.89 5. T. Brennan 7.05 (2.5% Reduction) 6. J. Jenkins 4.49 (2.5% Reduction) 7. J. Edwards (RS) = 36.98 instead of 37.79

It has been 1.5 in recent seasons -
Does anyone know the conversion rate for CHAMP Averages?
-
Everything hinges on Lambert tbh, It's the make or break signing imo.

Ipswich Witches 2026

I think he can safely confirm the orders for any new equipment required -
Depends on what reduction he'd get from not riding for years i suppose.

So Sorry for this oversight. I can tell your deeply offfended. I trust when you get your teddy back in the cot you will calm down a bit.

From the rumours that I have heard, I think itâs three back and maybe four if itâs a team with a GP No 1. I just cannot see Lambert (aka the Tin Man) at Ipswich, he doesnât like us and itâs mutual. I would be happy with Lindgren. Also, I wouldnât be at all surprised to see Scotty back.

His average would be to high wouldnât it ? I donât know
