  2. Today
  3. It was a surprise to see him struggle so much at Lynn - considering what he had done the previous 2 years there…
  4. Another club that have overlooked their own NDL team when choosing a RS replacement.
  5. If he struggles, he'll have to "make some changes to his bike"
  6. Agree about Holder, we needed him to maintain last years form once Tai got injured but he isn't the same rider this season
  7. Widely recognised (and backed up by a Which consumer report) as one of the least accurate forecasters.
  8. I don't know where you get that from, we like close exciting meetings, it is disappointing to not see Edwards ride, he is a up and coming rider with a good future in the sport and talks very intelligently on tv.
  9. I was quite impressed with Anders Rowe last year, I wouldn't write him off
  10. Not convinced - he seems to have believed all the hype about himself, hope he proves me wrong.
  11. Sam Hagon and Perry Barr isn't a good match on paper. Sam was never going to turn down the opportunity though and I hope he can get to grips with the cicruit and score some points.
  12. Comfortable Ipswich win. Chris Holder isn't the same rider this season and Anders Rowe is now starting to struggle at No.2.
  13. Janowski and Tungate signed as HL's to ride at No.1 & No.5, Now they're riding as second strings at No.2 & No.4. Pretty much sums up Oxford's time in the Premiership over the last two years. Can only see a KL win by 4-6 Points.
  14. It'll be fine by Friday. Forecasters always paint a gloomier picture well in advance since the 87 hurricane debacle.
  15. Poole ride their luck again, with another side turning up with a guest and a missing reserve. Easy win tonight for Pool - the home fans wll be happy, they dont like close meetings .
  16. If only that sort of analysis was used in TV coverage to explain why riders struggle at different types of tracks!
  17. I would be disappointed to have JT for Edwards, he is nowhere near as good and not the best option either, Barker has scored better and always seems to revel in winning races against Poole so he would be my pick. Redcar are unfortunate as it looks like Edwards maybe missing for a while and Birmingham have already replaced him with Hagon which weakens Birmingham too.
  18. Listening to Phil Morris on the NBNF podcast... it sounds like there's a CPO planned/ going through?
  19. If anyone is still looking for tickets, there's some for Friday and Saturday come available in the main grandstand. (I'm told some people have upgraded to Corporate which has made a few grandstand tickets available on either nights)
  20. From what I’ve seen of Hagon this season he likes a bit of dirt around the outside, he enters the corner fast, drifts across till he hits the dirt and relies on that outside line to pull him out of the corner, pretty much everything Perry Barr doesn’t have, he isn’t the worst rider we could of had but in a struggling team I can’t see enough points from him to make our task any easier, anyway good luck Sam hope you prove me wrong
  21. Great to see Dan get a wildcard as I didn't think he'd get one, he definitely deserves to be in the field as he's been riding fantastically. Do feel for those who didn't win the ballot in Glasgow as none of them got in the field, especially when Bednar got in after finishing tied 6th in his qualifier.
  22. Yes that’s how I see it too. Bears undoubtedly weaker so keeping a Poole win down to 10 points would be a reasonable outcome.
