  1. Past hour
  2. It depends on how the riders are going, if Fricke & Masters are unbeatable, then Klindt may score more in every heat except heats 13 & 15. Also it could be that Klindt scores 10 from his programmed rides, the next best two score 9 from their programmed rides, the rest score 3 or 4. In this situation, giving Klindt heat 15 would mean a rider who scored 9 only getting his 4 rides, while a rider who scored 4 gets his 4th ride as Klindt is being saved for heat 15! That's the basis of my thinking, if a high scoring reserve is one of your top 3 riders, the only way to ensure all of your top 3 get an extra ride is not to use the reserve in heat 15. If it turns out Klindt is the only Star capable of beating the Lions top 2, then yes out him in 13+15, otherwise I stand by my original idea.
  3. Exactly what I said on Monday, one old rule that shouldn't have been dropped
  4. Thanks for the clarification, yes Beau Bailey looks an awesome young prospect exciting rider to watch.
  5. Why not do both, predict what the team manager can do to give his team the best chance of winning, then enjoy the racing if you're at the event / watching online?
  6. I agree, they need to take an early lead if possible also. With Fricke taking heats 13 and 15 with potentially Masters as his partner I find it hard to see those heats providing any advantages for the stars.
  7. If Klindt is on an 18 point maximum after 6 rides, then of course I would use him in heat 15. My plan however would be to use him earlier, ideally to avoid 3 or 4 on the trot. Potentially use him in heat 4 for Harrison? This would also leave more options later on, depending who is on form?
  8. Is he though? From May onwards he's only failed to ride to his average 3 times when you take out the Bonus Points (Signed on a 7.76) Think the ownership are at fault for expecting far too much from Lewi tbh.
  9. Believe me, Beau Bailey will be Australia's next big thing. Massive talent. Showed plenty of mental strength in the SGP3 final to get a medal after crashing in his first heat. And most important of all, he is properly rapid.
  10. Sheffield Ipswich and Belle Vue are very easy to intrepet, on paper Ipswich are the best of those 3 - BIrmingham, Leicester are a little tricker and Kings Lynn are mixed along with the stocks so its impossible to see as they didn't seperate out. Peterboroughs were fairly easy to see, no idea about Oxford.
  11. Can see the connection already for 2026? Tolley/Rogers/Morris....who do you think orchestrated Morris's signing at Bham before his ban? Good luck Sheffield if my prediction is correct!?
  12. With the rest of the team up and down it is often not until the latter stages that you can judge which of the remaining riders should make way for Klindt's extra rides [obviously one is at the expense of the RS, but the others?]
  13. All Lynn riders will need their gating gloves on in my opinion for the win.
  14. Ok, I'll bite. Not sure how long you've watched speedway but it's never been all about the number of passes which I've found entertaining. Of course races (before you assume I mean all, I mean some, which I can't quantify) are won from the gate, that's always been so, nothing new there. As a previous poster said, watching Bewley/Kurtz getting beaten to the first turn but then passing someone at the NSS is not really entertaining, it's expected. Watching Bewley pass two riders at Ipswich around one bend was entertaining, it wasn't expected. Equally, watching Louis/Loram/Nicholls/Howe busting a gut to pass someone at Ipswich but sometimes not pulling it off is also entertaining, but no pass was made. This is called speedway.
  15. I've looked at a few clubs accounts in the past and many (if not all) of them seem to weave very tangled webs 🕸️
  16. Lawson Rowe and Zach should score you near 30 each week, that 4th rider would be so pivotal as it would need to be a rider who can consistently chip in with 5 or so points. then you’ve got the 3 young guns in Cairns Rushen and Bailey who 2 of which have spent all of this season being by far the best 2 riders in the NDL. let’s wait and see how watered down the league is this time!
  17. Today
  18. 4.15- 2.5% he’s entitled to takes him to a 4.05, which I’d say is a fair reflection of his early start to championship life, still meetings to go so tough to know for sure what final figures will look like, but I expect Cairns Lawson Rowe to be back, Rushen heavily rumoured and you’d always expect Zach to be back. Beau would be an exciting talent but no doubt every team in the league would probably take him
  19. He had 4 on the spin Monday night, so can see the same again happening. If he’s going well, he’s the only hope to stop Leicester’s power in the later heats
  20. actually i have to disagree with you massively what dan and brady do so good which makes them fast is keeping the wheels in line and the bike as straight as they can round the bend, not easy to do, requires such a skill. i look at most riders and they are making multiple turning actions round the bend especially exiting the bend and they lose all speed. its a different bit of skill but its a skill nevertheless
  21. Imagine he will be used earlier than that instead of having four on the bounce
  22. Västervik had their sponsor meeting last week. Perdonally I think Smederna's attendences are a bit too low in relation to the size of the city and the results so far.
  23. Poor move by the not so friendly speedway bookie, should always stand by your original odds!! Tut tut!!
  24. Had me pre meeting flat white which I must say was very delicious 🙂 Pirates need to up their game tonight after last week's poor showing but I'm confident normal service will be resumed! Pirates 50-40 in a tough encounter
  25. people predicting that some riders will have x amount of rides etc etc....speedway and sport is never ever that predictable, why not just try and enjoy the event as it unfolds!
