Spot on, Honesty is the best policy. Ipswich haven't been right since they lost to a King's Lynn side that featured Simon Lambert in the 1-5. The team riding order is a mess which is making things worse now imo. Dan Thompson having to ride at No.4 due to Danny King who needs protecting at No.2 is a tough ask on the young lad who clearly isn't 100% fit. Then Doyle has to switch to No.3 to protect Thompson as Brennan is too hit and miss which then breaks up the Emil/Doyle partnership in Heat 13.

I still wouldnt be confident at your place even with that, and the big ifs are Blodorn, Cook especially away and the reserves, i know weve done well in previous play offs after not shining during regular season matches but i think this season we have too much baggage in the engine room and at reserve. I think Witches will be a different proposition next week than they were last night. -
I know the North South league has been mentioned many times. I fear the biggest issue there is just that some riders will want to ride in both & there will be a time when both teams the rider is in will be racing on the same night then an even bigger problem is on our hands. I know earlier this season a team came to Oxford for an NL level fixture & one of their riders was missing so they used a guest as per the rules. The rider they were using had an average in both variations of this seasons NL leagues & the higher average ment he could not ride in place of the injured rider as his average in that league was higher although lower in the other league.

To be fair, they only had 123 slots in 41 collective Monday and Thursdays, (giving GP week a miss), to complete 82 meetings... And that was with no September meetings planned as well... They must have reserved the 41 slots not used for the KO Cup and the odd Thursday that Poland took.. Better safe than sorry..... They were actually very lucky that Oxford were not in with a chance of qualifying as otherwise it would look even more ridiculous...

I've lost all confidence in the Witches side as of late, Haven't been right since the night they lost to a King's Lynn side that featured Simon Lambert in the 1-5. If Adam Ellis continues his recent dire showings around the NSS and Brady Kurtz remains professional instead of thinking about the GP in Vojens then Belle Vue could build up a very healthy lead. -

What's the restaging date for this? It doesn't appear to be on the fixture list on Lions website -
No, THE BSPA will with two regular season matches remaining - bit like last year but this time around devoid of "commercial reasons" so they cant be accused of making the same mistake two years running.š¬

Tigers can. The two team changes made on deadline day have made a significant improvement to the team.

Although pretty much immaterial - Which teams will actually finish the league campaign in 1st, 2nd and 3rd? Or another question. Are there plans to run the rained off meetings between Oxford V Leicester and Sheffield v Ipswich?

This decision from the man at the topā¦..all āin the best interests of the sport ā. Bearing in mind the team thatās being put out at Edinburghā¦.3 guests and R/R ! , I donāt think heās bothered about it too much.

Could yes, but haven't done to any of the other play off contenders this season. Closest they came was 18 against Sheffield, but on average they have only had just under 10 points home advantage over the other 3.
