Last night was my 58th meeting of the season. I have been to all Premiership and Championship tracks at least once. Fifth time at Leicester this season (4 prem, 1 NDL) and I have to say its a very enjoyable experience, decent racing, which the track very rarely gets the credit for, decent views all around the stadium and nice staff. Well done Leicester in making the final and well done to the track curator for another good nights racing.

Wasn't the first final 'all six back' after Lebedevs and Doyle clashed on the first bend? Second running was Doyle steaming under Lebedevs. -
They're all over on the Brady Kurtz 2025 World Champion topic thread celebrating his... oh hang on đ¤ I've got to say that was the toughest, most closely fought match I've seen over both legs for quite some time, something that many over on the Polish topic threads say we just don't see over here in the UK! Both teams left it all out on the track unlike in the other semi. I do wish Lions wouldn't celebrate like they've won the league when they qualify for the final, they did this last year and you then look rather silly when you don't turn up in the final. Yes, be happy but it gives off an air of job done for me, where the job is far from done... same again in the final please.

In the first start of the final Doyle was disqualified for causing Lebedevs to fall on turn 3 lap 2. Then Bednar was also disqualified for a tapes offence in the re-run. Only 4 starters in the final of which Lebedevs led for almost the entire race, he suffered a puncture on the exit of turn 2 of lap 6 & was only passed by Berge on the final run in. I believe had this not of happened Lebedevs would have recorded the fastest time for a final which is currently held by Nicki Pedersen -

Heading up to Glasgow on the Avanti West Coast due to arrive 1118. Avin to settle for a cappuccino on the train, as the hit record goes......no flat white no cry! đ -
Captains job, pulled up his big boy pants, puffed his chest out and spoke to the cameras despite clearly wanting to scream and shout and break things out the back in frustration at getting so close and falling short. youâd think the team manager would/should want to stand up and be counted on camera praising the efforts of his lads and telling the fans in the stadium and at home how proud he is of his team - obviously not made of the same stuff as picko

I think the weather probably helped with the racing last night too. While meetings later in the season can mean wet and cold tracks it can also help get a bit more moisture in the base, the surface was pretty much perfect last night for most of the meeting with enough grip for those who wanted to use it. Wasn't slick and dusty and the racing reflected that. Really looking forward to the two legs of the final, hopefully both sides are at full strength amd the dreaded guests can be avoided.

Sheffield will no doubt have a comment to make after Thursday, Iâm sure they will beat us in the remaining league matches thus making the play offs another shambles. They then should have faced Belle Vue and Ipswich vs Leicester would have been tonight. The comments about âthis is play off speedwayâ but nobody mentions two years in the row itâs been chosen and not finished on track?

The BSPA will ''Bury their heads in the Sand'' as usual, look after themselves and look to see if Poole and Glasgow would step up to Premiership. If they do,and thats a BIG IF,they would need massive guarantees, for giving up their Race Night for a Mon/Thur racing.

Not sure what youâre talking about here marko, and youâve seemingly missed my point. I was responding to mikebv who made a jibe at Gavan about going missing from the forum for a few days if Ipswich fail to win. I was simply saying his fellow Belle Vue supporters who have been vociferous all year about how great Belle Vue are, have done exactly that, disappeared once they got knocked out.
