I think considering how weak the two reserves are, Glasgow are really doing well. They only need one of the reserves to step it up a bit and you will have the beating of Poole home and away IMO

Really? Did not look that way -
I don't think Cairns would take lightly (is that the correct term) to being told to "take it easy" to lower his average. Especially as he obviously went to Poole as they were the best club to help him progress in his career, right? After all look at how much effort Poole put into development league speedway đŤ˘

Solid display from Scunny but heat 15 has been a real problem this year. Worrall 8 points and Allan 6 points from heat 15(home) this season, not really good enough from your 1 and 2. Douglas would have scored double that by himself. -
Itâs between them 2.

Luke was the quickest scorpion all night clocking 2 fastest times . -
Clearly you do need your eyes checking because we had exactly the same view then because I was a also on bend 2 & managed to watch all 4 laps of every race with no problem at all. Itâs appearing to me you are trying to find a negative from last nights meeting but to be honest . People are just laughing at you when you say you couldnât watch the racing because of the dust you are just making yourself look a fool everyone in the stadium & watching on BSN can see there was nowhere near enough dust to impact viewing the whole track. @IainB is also the first person to criticise the club when he feels appropriate so to say he is a positive happy clapper of the club is very wide of the mark .

Regardless of who was winning or losing the deciding race, to allow anyone at all to stand inside the exclusion zone while a race continued is inexplicable. As there has been considerable photographic evidence of this (and, l presume, video coverage) the SCB will have to take action. Not regarding the end result, but because of the blatant disregard of the H&S aspect. Heads must roll.

I agree, but it makes Glasgow much stronger. Unfortunately, our reserves haven't come on enough so far this season. Max is taking strides now, but Freddy is still struggling. But we're still a decent side and good fun to watch.

Smarte may well have been doing what was expected of him to begin with, but since Cairnes has joined the party his form has fallen off a cliff, probably not helped by Cairnes being chosen for heat 14 too. If you have a suggestion for an alternative rider now would be a good time to talk to the Fords.

Well deserved home win, Edinburgh should comfortably make the playoffs imo. Poor team management as per from Dickson, shouldâve kept the TS for heat 13 as wouldâve expected Wood/Smith couldâve beat Loftus for the 3-3 in 12. I know he expected Killer to beat Sedgy but given how uncomfortable Morris looked I wouldâve have had him out of 13. Bottom end far too weak with Smith and then Hagon having to be at 2. If/When Morris gets up to speed itâll all be way too late to even get close to the play offs.

Yeah I meant Zaine. Same principle, I can understand wanting to use your top 2 in heat 15, but once they lost a 5-1, think you'd go for your unbeaten rider? We'll never know of it would've made a difference, but do know, sticking to the same pair didn't work. -
Poole still for me

Prediction of 2025 Championship league
Bitza replied to Bitza's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
OK, My original prediction is now looking a little suspect, but to be fair at that point the Comets were averaging 2pts per meeting, now at 1pt per meeting I have to agree things aren't looking so great. -
Nagels signing certainly makes Glasgow favourites for the League.IMO
