The same Oxford that there is speculation over the future of? Swindon have no chance

Pretty much agree with you on this, last time even Emil sat mid track and watched Kurtz and Bewley fly past. Doyle and Emil well of the pace last time so they need a good night to give confidence to the others. Ellis and King are hit and miss here so you don't know what to expect. IF Brennan has a poor meeting after excelling for Leicester last week and riding great last night in Poland I will be frustrated to say the least, he needs to step up tonight. Will be interesting to see is Lidsey woke up a bit battered after his collision with Pedersen last night.

So Jan Kvech is now at #1 but even so, possibly he's been a bit underwhelming this season. I'd expected him to have had the #1 role nailed down earlier in the season, rather than spending time down at #6. - Today

After the weekend matches we are now second bottom of the league!!! -
I thought Start Marshals were Licenced, unlike flag marshals. Although they don't have to attend the SCB training days. This is strange as arguably they have the most visible official for the fans during a meeting and they are the ones that are again arguably the volunteer most likely to he impacted by health and safety procedures.

Hoping our boys can be testing set ups tonight and may meet Belle Vue again in the play offs or final Being so good at home means Belle Vue can steamroller any team by 20 points Bewley and Kurtz are world class and will near enough go unbeaten Lidsey away from home is a gating tart and canāt pass water but at Belle Vue he is electric from the starts and fast from behind as he doesnāt need to worry about having to line up riders to pass on the big NSS track I can see Belle Vue heat leader getting 37 between them Blodorn and Cook and Tate and Mulford are all again fast at home and poor away and will have the beating of the Ipswich second strings I feel If we can keep it to 12-14 point loss thatās achievable to pull back at Foxhall where Bewley shows the rest of his team that you can pass at Foxhall ā¦Kurtz didnāt try that hard last time if heās missed the gate and Lidsey can easily go 3,0,3,0 as he doesnāt have the technical track skills to passā¦. The other 4 are pretty average at Foxhall 2 easy home wins just think and hope Ipswich can keep it tighter at the NSS then Belle Vue do at Foxhall

This wasn't an anti Schroeck comment, as you say lots of managers automatically use r/r at 2. If a second string was missing, I'd totally agree with r/r at 2, as the reserves taking r/r outings are "protected" riding with the number one. As it was the second heat leader missing, I don't see the need for the remaining top 5 riders to be "protected" alongside Masters on their extra heat, as they don't need this protection in their programmed rides? Personally I don't think I'd ever plan to use your top rider in heat 8, but I think it was worse in this situation as it meant the top rider in the league getting an extra outing against the weakest second string in the league (no offence to Sam Hagon), I'd have said the same against Redcar if Jody Scott was at 2. Maybe if Oxford were racing a team with a strong number 2 (Edinburgh/Glasgow) I could understand it as Oxford may not expect their second strings to win heat 8. But I certainly wouldn't move r/r to number 2 automatically regardless of who is missing / who the opponents are.
