Charles Wright -2 vs Tom Brennan Tom's scores at Oxford last year were 6 (4), 7 (4) and 3 (5), so it makes me feel like there's a good chance for this one. Charles only had one league appearance there in 2023, scoring 9 from 6, although he did make the final of the pairs with Redcar, scoring 21 out of a possible 24. Rohan Tungate -2 vs Vaclav Milik Oxford's press and practice being held yesterday should, in theory, help The Spires improve their home advantage. And Rohan Tungate could make the most of this, coming back to the UK arguably better than ever. He's recently been crowned Australian Champion. He also displayed a very solid season in Poland's 1 Liga last year to help Zielona Gora gain promotion back to the Ekstraliga, while also finishing 7th in the averages.

I’ve heard he could be at Berwick, but I’m not ITK with either club so who knows!

I’ve heard rumblings of TJ being in the north east, but at lease 2 of the other 3 I’d say would be solid guesses for next season (Adam and Claus) Would be great if Zischke signed up too. He’s one of the biggest talents on the way up in Aussie speedway!

Heat1 Motorsports Podcast recently did an interview with young Aussie Mitch Cluff, who revealed that he’s been talking to James Denham about next season. I don’t believe he currently has a UK visa, so if he wants to come over let’s hope he has the best of luck in the upcoming state titles!

Does anyone know if food and drink will be available at the track on Saturday? Hope to be bringing a few new faces along, but sadly I don't have answers to all of their questions
