That would be because they haven't fixed that 'water main' next door. After all it was I think supposed to have staged last years World Cup race off and Final an here we are the following season is almost upon us and still nothing happening . As someone who is miles from BV Manchester is site ready to go once everything is in place for building to start ? When is the earliest we can hope to see the tapes rise on the opening meeting ? Can't think why any speedway fan in the UK would want this or any track to fail ? But there you go want ask more questions on this subject .
