Belle Vue Aces Vs Poole Pirates 29/4/2013

Recommended Posts

Forcast for the rest of the day is dry, sunny with a slight wind. Surely the track could have been worked on in 3.5 hours?

Good decision imo PoP, our top 3 will be knackered from all the travelling back and forth to/from Poland (well, 2 out of 3 anyway!). :D and depending on when the rearranged date is, we could have a team with more small track specialists by then!!

If its a burst pipe as claimed then the meeting will have no chance of taking place.

Holder tweeted that 2 BV riders missed their flights.

Still it will save Matt having to think of reasons why Poole lost LOL

No reasons needed - we've not been good enough. Simples!

The meeting has been postponed because of a waterlogged track, caused by a burst water main.

If it was a burst pipe (which it may well be) then why not say so in here to save any confusion?

Doesn't look waterlogged to me. Me thinks Bell Vue have pulled a fast one to get out of this meeting.

Tungate and Holder have both posted a pic suggesting the track is not waterlogged...... Be nice to see a pic of the first corner....
