RebelRebel 22 Posted June 5, 2013 Certainly looking forward to this one, should be a cracker with 2 bang in form teams and the PL Pairs champions on display! Would like the Rebels to come home with at least a point from this one.
comet49 314 Posted June 5, 2013 Should be a decent meeting, think home advantage will count though, and hope it does for my 2nd team

Would like the Rebels to come home with at least a point from this one. Certainly will be a terrific tussle. The Rebels will get at least a point, highly probably more than a point. Doyle has probably the best record of any rider around the STMP and the Rebels have won here on several occasions.
RedcarRacer 228 Posted June 6, 2013 Will be a good match and with no speedway for two weeks, and good weather - could be a bumper crowd too. Somerset look very strong with a lot of riders who ride the STMP well. We might sneak a win, but will be very close.
Halifaxtiger 5,318 Posted June 6, 2013 Coming up for this one. Should be a terrific meeting - providing the track is OK.
pvm 116 Posted June 6, 2013 Coming up for this one. Should be a terrific meeting - providing the track is OK. I was going to say "don't hold your breath" , But seeing how hot and dry it is today, you might just have to hold your breath as the clouds of dust pass by..
Brooksy 120 Posted June 6, 2013 Should be a close meeting - will be disappointed if the Rebels don't get at least a point. With Dyer moving into the main body of the Bears team, I can see the points scored - or not - by Tom and Stefan being the difference between a narrow victory and a narrow defeat. Let's hope it's the former.

RebelRebel 22 Posted June 6, 2013 Poor result for the Rebels. One rider single handedly cost us a precious league point or maybe even a win, quite awful from Newman. Josh had a bit of a stinker but at least managed to score. Anderson scored more or the same as what Tom would have done so no complaints there. perhaps thee hand injury he sustained a couple of days ago hampered Doyley's performance? Starman2006 2,356 Posted June 6, 2013 (edited) Oh dear, not a good night for the Rebels. Kyle 3 R's and 0, Josh 3, and shoud be scoring 3 times that, Alex should really be scoring more. The Rebels now have 2 home meetings. Need to win them both... Edited June 6, 2013 by Starman2006

Why is it that Newman always gets the blame with you lot. If anybody else, except Wright last year of course, has a stinker you all seem to find an excuse for them. Kyle should change his name to Jason or Bluey Newman.
