OH YES THEY ARE!!!

By any reasonable standpoint - Logic, Season overall, Morality and Fairness. :t:

Who cares about all that though - this IS Speedway after all.

Will Somerset be the last meeting of 2013??

Probably, unless we win our play off group, then we will meet Edinburgh in the final

The away fixture goes ahead in decent October weather tonight Friday 11th. Let's hope the lads can keep it close down there and I assume a Newcastle win is out of the question! It will be great for Sunday if we have a realistic target to aim for

Let's hope we have a meeting on Sunday to try and beat Somerset. Weather forecast not too good, but the Met Office could just get it wrong again. Here's hoping.

Dont Newcastle still have the honour of hosting Berwick in the 2nd leg of the much heralded Tyne/Tweed Trophy.

Another long haul for the Rebels, as somebody else said, weather looks dodgy, but as per usual im sure the forcasters will get it wrong. Going on last nights meeting a point for the Rebels would be classed as a result.. But you get nothing for nothing at this stage of the comp. Diamonds came to the OTA with a purpose, im sure they will be looking to put the rebels away in the same fashion. Rebels need to gate better than on friday.

Bit of an extra treat for those attending this match,it seems that the teenage sensation that is Robert Lambert will be doing some practice laps after the main event.
