Grachan 7,362 Posted April 16, 2014 I guess we will know later today who is stepping in for the Friday meetings. Could well be two different riders. Either way we will probably be looking at two 5/1's against us in both meetings. At least with Kyle we had a good chance of drawn heats. So the lads will have to attempt to make up 8 points in both meetings. A very tall order and expect Swindon to clean up 4 points over the two meetings. Rather an injury now though than a couple of years ago at playoff time. What makes you think poole's reserves are going to be any worse than Swindon's? Could be 0-0 in both reserve races. Steve Shovlar 10,439 Posted April 16, 2014 Ok looking at who could be available. Sargeant and Garrity are riding for Coventry in the evening so either could be available for Poole at 11 am. Other than the Leicester pairing that is about it. The evening is far more tricky. Kyles injury could have come at a worse time to be honest (excluding playoffs)
Bagpuss 10,784 Posted April 16, 2014 Heats 2 & 9 in both meetings could be anybody's, but if Charles Wright can guest he should win all four at a canter. Will probably be two home wins with both sides in with a shout of an away point.
Penny Cross 120 Posted April 16, 2014 Kyle Newman started in the NDL with the Buccaneers at Poole, anything wrong with that? The lads keen, he's a local lad wants to ride for poole and wants to be the best he can. And he's English... He'l have my support all day long.. Wrong again. Didn't he win the NL Championship with Weymouth the year before? I know there is no rider who is more keen to ride for Poole. It means everything to him. Speedy recovery to Kyle.
