bigcatdiary 3,166 Posted May 28, 2014 There a new rule out now, that says the Tactical Substitute are only allowed for the visiting side. Because the home side has the advantage of the track, so therefore aren't allowed TS. The good news is the announcer is totally clueless surely he isn't the regular one? Least it adds a bit of comedy.
