Kings Lynn Stars V Eastbourne Eagles Thurs 26/6

Recommended Posts

The combination of working late, roadworks and the absence of the leagues two best reserves means I'll be giving this one a miss. Newman should have a field day but the Stars ought to have enough in the tank to win the meeting.

Dont think Newman will have a field day.Had to work hard to pass Mallet both times at Lynn last time.

Didn't mean fans attending Trees more all the people filling up the A47 and all the gear being pulled out of The Showground

There are alternative routes aren't there that show traffic won't use?

I may, but I'll take the chance...... with the roadworks I'll probably struggle to get there for heat one even if I rush and Eastie don't really float my boat on paper. Will settle for seeing them at Arlington Sarturday week B)

Cos there is. All I am saying is the A47 is gonna be a busy late afternoon/early evening. Plus with the roadworks ongoing around the Saddlebow area people should give themselves extra time to get there, even if, as you suggest, they take alternative routes, which again will take longer.

I think this will be an uphill struggle for Swindon.

We look much weaker than normal tonight, could have struggled had Blackbird been available. Might still do if Newman can hit double figures.
