Rye House V Panthers 19/07/2014 @ 7pm

Recommended Posts

After their 34-56 home spanking by Workington Comets last time out what chance of the Rockets beating an inform new look Peterborough Panthers team riding high in confidence off the back of their recent home and away League Cup semi final defeats of the Comets. ;)

Will the forecast rain for Saturday arrive in the nick of time and save the lack lustre Rockets from a Panther mauling? :o

Who will be the Panthers new number One? Will Shadders finally be seen smiling at Hoddesdon? will the chips be frozen? Will the fish run out? all will be answered by 9.30pm Saturday.....

How exciting!! :t:

I'll be happy if my bets come in. That'll make me smile.

These days I pitch up at Rye expecting us to get beat. Anything else is a bonus

Well the weatherman got it well and truly wrong last Sunday so hopefully his form will continue and the match will be on. The possibly complacent Panthers could be "Cruisin ' for a Bruisin'" as surely the Rockets couldn't be on the receiving end of another thrashing at home like the last one.

The BSPA site quotes Jason Garrity as going to do everything perfectly, so there's 15 points straight away and the rest of the Team must have been buoyed up by the atmosphere at Lukes testimonial which needs to be generated and maintained for the rest of the season by all of us, promotion, riders and fans.

Hopefully no more rain offs so we can get this sorry season over as soon as possible.

Can anyone confirm if Ales 'busta move' Dryml is riding in this meeting? The Pboro website says he's expected to ride, but due to knowing he was going to be replaced at the start of the week makes me think he may miss this one with back problems again
