Poole V Eastbourne - Wednesday 10 September

Why could Watt be missing?

He put on twitter, I believe, that he hurt his broken foot again on Monday in Lubos Tomicek Memorial meeting in Czechoslovakia and was having it looked at on Tuesday, and it could mean the end of the season for him.

So what happened in the 'olden days' then when you had riders injured and/or banned?

I remember (just as an example) back in about 1981 when Weymouth had a rider out injured, they would name a number 8, who at that time was a very young Steve Schofield. He did so well that the next season he was given a team place.

There were other second halfers/juniors that could come in if there were injuries like Rob Mather and Dave Roberts.

Maybe second halves races should be reintroduced ??

R/R for Cameron Woodward (injured)

Lasse Bjerre for Mikkel Michelsen (injured)

Lewis Kerr for Lewis Blackbird (injured)

Brendan Johnson for Danny Halsey (injured).

Answers Our question

Not sure how the 8 day rule works, but, is Lasse Bjerre eligible to guest as he rode for his own team Wolverhampton at Poole last week?????

Surely Eastbourne could have got stronger guests than this?

May be wrong but feel the will be a home win. Good guest choice by Poole

This is so corrupt and I don't mean by teams being made up of guests

* Davey Watt funny enough as an away rider cant score for toffee at Poole but as an away rider 9 out of 9.

* Pedal bike knows how to get around the place but for someone reason cant be asked oh 'Agent Pedersen' :t:

Agent bridger doing well for his hometown club
