Poland V Russia - 2nd July 2016

Recommended Posts

Full details, if somewhat garbled by Google's Translation Service, here - http://sportowefakty.wp.pl/zuzel/607346/poznalismy-sklady-na-polska-rosja-mecz-na-zywo-w-telewizji

TV coverage from Krakow will be on TVP Sport.

Decent admission prices and decent teams, despite absences forced upon Poland by the GP Qualifiers. I guess it will all hinge on whether the Russians turn up or not. Let's hope that this bit of promotion of the sport in Krakow helps to give the sport a higher profile in that city.

Best wishes to those involved.

This is why Emil needs to be back in the GP's.... he is prone to injury due to his never say die attitude, hes got to win the world championship whilst in one piece - then retire one or two years later when he has earnt off the back of being world champ.

Daft idea. Far better to just chuck riders straight into a world cup final without giving them a chance to ride as a team beforehand.

SF reports that the Leszno doctor has told Piotr Pawlicki to rest today after Friday night's battering so that he would be fit for tomorrow so it looks like there'll be another change.

I wonder if this particular 6 man format is the one that the EL are trialling?

Yes, that's the one they've been using over there for the past couple of years for these extra matches. Just wondering if the EL were using it in their tests too.
