Ryan's tweeted that he's done a metacarpel!. A hand injury that can take 6-12 weeks to heal!. Oooch !.let's hope that clears up soon. Happy Christmas.

The way the side has been built should see us do pretty well at home... Flip side, think we'll struggle away, particularly at some of the top heavy teams. Maybe play-offs are a tad ambitious, i'll settle for some brilliant EWR entertainment and a mid table finish.

Have to agree with this, would be nice to reach the play offs just to have extra matches, seems ages since Scunny finished the season in early September, having said that there are only 10 teams now in the mid tier and little old Scunny are still one of them serving up some of the best speedway we are fortunate to see, so I look forward to next season whatever the results assured there will be the usual EWR entertainment.

Cant understand why you would have wilkinson in your team ahead of stefan neilsen on a lower average giving you more pts to use elsewhere.

Probably because Wilko entertains where Nielsen is just a white line hogger

Its called loyalty... good rider on his day... he lives fairly local... has always been a good friend to Scunthorpe Speedway and he's a Scunny asset... so it makes perfect sense to use him. Taking nothing away from Stefan Nielsen, whom would've been a decent alternative.

he has a lower average for a reason and rob probably only has so many spare air bags he can use at anyone time.

Wilko has been at a similar average now for a few year don't see him improving on it but can't see a massive reduction either. Seems to be mr dependable in the middle order can see him riding at two so if he maintains his average throughout the season it will be job done

Yeah a Proper white line hogger. yet you fail to remember he flew past 2017 Scorpions Number 1 Ryan Douglas round the outside like Douglas was on a moped back in April when the Devils visited.

so what he still only has half the average Ryan has and unlike Ryan will never ride at number one, will always be where he is best suited, at reserve.
