It takes a bit longer when the bone has to be carbon dated...(rushes to cupboard to find passport and airline ticket).

Ouch! In more ways than one!!

MF quoted today that several riders have offered their services to cover for Brady - if needed?!

Ligaments stretch and barely ever heal as they were same applies to muscle tears. Bone breaks will heal well providing they are clean.. Hope that helps.

I'm not sure I understand that because if there is a break in a bone then ligaments and muscles have to be cut through to get to the bone to repair it. So you're saying the bone will heal but not the surrounding ligaments and muscles?

In the Star this week, MF names the likes of Kasper Gomolski, Vaclav Milik and Justin Sedgman as 'possibles' - if he had to make a decision today?!

Milik would be miles better than either of those options, though it would be farcical if he came in on a 2 year old average.

Kacper would be better in my opinion.

No rider can come back on a average from 2 seasons ago surely as that would be wrong.

Why?

When did Milik last ride here 2015? It would be similar to Tai and the debate about his average so don't see the need for it to change.

the difference would be that this year starting averages are based on 2nd tier strength.

So old EL x 1.4 should be applied where there is no 2016 2nd tier figure to use.

Tai technically only missed one complete season which would be the same as Milik so i agree. But he still needs to be subjected to the 1.4 conversion so would be 7.94.

5.67 X 1.4 = 7.94

Which is ridiculously low. He should be at least a 7 converted to 9.8. If you didn't ride here in 2016 it should be based on poland/sweden.

But fair play to Poole if they can get him on 7.94. That's how you build a championship winning team.
