Crikey. Didn't realise the left over points were as high as 7.88. There are several value riders available if i have my averages right with a very familiar face at the top?

Brady Kurtz 7.65

Matej Kus 7.64

Justin Sedgmen 7.60

Thomas Jorgensen 7.45

Troy Batchelor 7.36

I'd have Brady but he seems Poole bound Peter Ljung looks good value at 7.67.

SOMERSET ?

1 Kim Nilsson 9.63

2 Sam Masters 8.97

3 Justin Sedgmen 7.60

4 Paul Starke 6.62

5 Rasmus Jensen 6.14

6 Jake Allen 5.92

7 Bradley W Dean 5.02

Total 49.90

Where are the 2 British riders

This season's Somerset six leaves 7.88 & the best rider under this would be Batchelor on 7.36, wasting .52 & leaving the team a bit weak at number 1 (Tungate) & too strong at 6 & 7 (Allen & BWD), so how about:

Kylmakorpi

Allen

Barker

Tungate

Grajczonek

BWD

Williamson

Might not choose Barker normally but you need two Brits.

Sorry Naj, but I'd be flabbergasted if he was in the team, after GM's comments at the presentation night, about the night he stood in as team manager for Kings Lynn at Poole. To say he was not impressed would be an understatement.

Fair enough, I wasn't there so didn't realise he spoke so highly of him ;)

Sedgmen and Barker... Some of these suggestions are going worse aren't they?!

Completely understand why Wilson-Dean is likely to be included but it almost makes it abit pointless to have two stronger reserves, if we could use the available points for an out and out no.1... That's a big IF on its own as there isn't exactly masses of options at no.1.

See the post below - plus isn't Batchelor still in the country and doesn't return to Australia?

No, he is in Aus and he raced today and won the meeting in Victoria, but there was not much opposition.

So a rumour mentioning Chris Holder joining Somerset.

If so, could it look top heavy if Masters signs.

1) Holder

2) Allen

3) Wright

4) Starke

5) Masters

6) Wilson Dean

7) Any room.

Of course this leaves out Tungate.

Can't see Holder at Somerset too many Fridays missing.

Agree that it's v unlikely as he'd miss too many Friday's.

But in fantasy land you could have Peter Ljung in place of Masters and Josh Pickering at reserve with BWD.

I think Tungate was probably the first name on the team sheet.

I have a weird suspicion Wrighty isn't in the side. Signing for Redcar on a Thursday and then Somerset on a Friday would play havoc in terms of traveling. Hope i'm wrong though.
