Poole Pirates Vs Kings Lynn Stars 12/07/17

Recommended Posts

After another 2 weeks break in the fixtures partly because of the world team cup;the Pirates return to action with the visit of the Stars to Wimborne Road.

Poole should be welcoming back from injury Krzysztof Kasprzak however, not sure whether Nicolai Klindt is fit to continue.

The meeting with the Stars of course brings in siberling rivalry with Chris Holders fist return to Poole up against younger brother Jack.

Poole need to start winning again after the home defeat against Belle-Vue.

Should be a good meeting provided the track has been sorted out and poses some interesting tousles especially between the opposing heat leaders.

Hoping for a home win.

Thoughts?

Given the universal criticism of the track at the last meeting, I'm surprised their has been no public comment from the Poole management about the steps they have / are / will be taking to sort it out. They must have been speaking to the team to tell them what's happening given the riders adverse comments about it. Go on Matt, shock us all. Put out an official press release with an update. We don't want to rely on the one sided view of Starman telling us motorway blades, heavy duty rollers and twenty tons of fresh shale have been used.

Prediction is a four point away win whether Klindt rides or not.

The fact that they did away with a track inspector many seasons ago it must surely up to the referee to report any failures such as the track being dangerus The riders/manager must have reported this to him/her.

You really do need to get your facts right.. The old stuff needs to be taken off, the track needs levelling and the best part of 50 ton of good red shale needs putting down and given time to bed in. Even that would be lost on the track.

A track inspector needs recruiting and paid properly to inspect all tracks.

Expect confirmation and/or an announcement by 1930 hours this evening - ie 72 hours before Wednesday's meeting!!

Although Klindt is not riding in today's Polish fixture for Krakow - which was in his fixture calendar on his website!!

Premiership/Championship always takes priority over NDL.

There is hardly enough to pay for new blazers at the BSPA, never mind Track Inspectors. Just as in the Labour note " all the money has been spent".
