Shanes comes into replace JPB so like for like really.
ProudtobeaBrummie 646 Posted June 7, 2018 Reading some of these comments you would think we have replaced Aaron butcher for james shanes .jj is absolutely right he's replacing jpb one of the league's top riders so like for like really ...

IronScorpion 1,407 Posted June 7, 2018 Max Clegg replaced Ellis Perks last year & he had an average over 4 (about 4.3 I think). It is in the initial Declaration where the over 4 applies.
Islander15 1,065 Posted June 7, 2018 Yeah it’s a league starting average. Shanes was not over 4.00 at the start of the Championship season, even though he is now.

Incorrect nothing stopped stoke or anyone else just got over the fact nothing is wrong with the signing . Out of interest what team so you follow if you follow any team at all . It's simply an astute signing within the rules (Art 19.7).
GWC 495 Posted June 11, 2018 The haves and the have nots will always be the case. In the past promoters would have gentlemen’s agreements about who ride where and avoid an imbalance but it still occurred. I agree that Eastbourne and Birmingham have vested interests in running challenging teams as probably Lakeside would do if they were still in this league. I see Kent as having the right balance and say good luck to Mildenhall who have harvested an exceptional group of talented riders.

Guest GiveusaB Posted July 5, 2018 With Layne Cupitt announcing that he's taking a break from the sport....does anyone know of what options we have of replacing him? Wished that he'd decided this before completing 4 league meetings? However, I wish him all the very best.
