Yearbyred 1,107 Posted October 9, 2018 I find the statement that the "directors have a different agenda" pretty worrying to be honest. Hope it's not a case of cutting your nose off to spite your face.

The directors might have the right agenda.
Bear_Bottom 516 Posted October 9, 2018 (edited) Redcar could do with a Middlesbrough-based businessman with an interest in Speedway....hmmmm...wonder who? Edited October 9, 2018 by Bear_Bottom

They might but it's worrying because there is obviously some conflict and the previously enthusiastic promoter has decided to quit.

You've more interest in it and know more than me so fair enough. More worrying (and somewhat coincidental for any conspiracy theorists) is that Rathbone has just thrown in the towel at the EoES. Anyway, time will tell, it may be as reported so no problem with that. I dislike 8 miles round the ringroad so 6 hours travelling would break me. Yearbyred 1,107 Posted October 9, 2018 Given this mornings news from Peterborough maybe it makes more sense, or maybe not. My comment earlier was a reflection of the excellent work Kevin Keay had done over the last 2 years and disappointment that he would no longer be involved.
