Harris would get bums on seats though and especially after this season. Just need to get your mid tier riders right. King needs to step us to that 2016 level rather than past 2 years and i appreciate he was injured. Will Rory return???

Maybe Harris will accept a pay as you score deal similar to what he had with Poole after losing the Rye deal. Also bearing in mind his social media comments about not having any other revenue source with no other career> Also he hasn't lost the possibility even with the new Champ lower limit set up of getting a Champ deal somewhere. Especially with a more local club to him like Leicester. Although whether that would interfere with grass track and Long track commitments. Not sure he would want to trek to say Somerset but needs must and there are other Champ sides if he doesn't want to do (or is not wanted) by Glasgow. King's fitness may be up in the air after that serious injury and would he be ready for season start. Only recently had a major op.
89buttons 761 Posted November 15, 2018 I’d be amazed if king wasn’t nailed on, he has stated he and his surgeon are confident he’ll be ready for March.

But it’s now not his club, not his important decisions to make, and not his decisions to make on our future. That’s all now in the hands of a fella from Norfolk And not his money to lose or put in when things go wrong.... he will just be taking a wage....so maybe the best for him? 2ndbendbeerhut 1,781 Posted November 15, 2018 (edited) • Minimum rider points average of 3 ‘achieved’ and not assessed So after what Hawkins has said looks like no one can ride unless they have achieved a 3 point ave. So no new riders to the league then unless they are assessed at 4.50 or above. So would not only rule out Drew but anyone new to the PL. Garcia too for example. What about Connor Mountain, has a 3.50 CL. but would be ruled out of the PL? Does that mean the likes of Kasper Andersen or Jonas Jeppersen that were assessed for 2018 will be reassessed? Surely as long as the likes of Kemp, Mountain, Hume, Bowtell are given 3 point aves whats the issue? Edit: Looks like Neil Watson and Ritchie Hawkins have differing views of the same rule..... which is exactly what is wrong with the rules! 89buttons 761 Posted November 15, 2018 Certainly seems ambiguous, from what Hawkins says though you gotta achieve 4.5 in championship and that can then be converted by 1.5 to a prem 3.00 - so potentially using drew as an example once he’s up to 4.5 he could then be brought in somewhere in top league, ironic we were all hoping drew would keep his 2.00 average for this season team building and now ineligible and wish he’d have ridden enough to get an achieves average!
TB1 130 Posted November 15, 2018 Question is would Mildenhall be a viable option at the higher level?
