moomin man 76 171 Posted January 21, 2021 In summary, much ado about nothing. A five year plan to promote British Youth, which they have been forced into due to rider availability, following the Polish restrictions on how many leagues a rider can participate in. Aside from that, seven man teams, blokes riding their bikes round a track four times, with a season start date of 1st May.
Sings4Speedway 3,247 Posted January 21, 2021 Points limit and fear that the team they have assembled could have a reserve in place with a higher star grading.....urgh star gradings whilst the average system may de a bit daft is questionable grading any better? Probably not too much, looking at it they should both be able to track their existing teams. Eastbourne definately, depends if Connor Bailey is classed as British for Glasgow.

Youth riders rather than being grateful for opportunities will now hold all the cards in terms of wage demands. No mention of NL which will likely see teams ripped apart due to the availability of the riders now required in the higher tiers. But at least the two top bods at the table have the top 3 from the youth rounds signed up already....
Big Al 708 Posted January 21, 2021 So the "star" ratings system means the lower the number of stars a rider is given, the higher his rating?? Or am I just confused
Ringitsneck 348 Posted January 21, 2021 Are we to get to see the ‘ graded list ‘ of who gets what stars so we can all play guess the signing ?

Islander15 1,065 Posted January 21, 2021 So they’re saying grading but really they still mean averages as a rider graded 2 cones up with a 2.00 average now anyway.
