Every Thursday we have a match i give up a shift as i work an afternoon/evening shift. So i lose about £70-£80 then £20 admission,£3 programme. So every time we race on a Thursday it basically costs me about £100.Need to be racing on Mondays again that would save me loads.

Nex t ime we are both there, i'll buy u a pint m8:t:

No way do Lynn win that with TJ there, it may have been closer but Panthers have too much at the minute

Nice 4 points on the road for Dad's Army .

Took me a few seconds to figure out why I was listening to "Who do you think you are kidding Mr Hitler" during the parade on Monday... When do Dad's army invade Monmore, I might go for the first time since Soou-pah Troopah retired.

Lynn's reserves are still weak.

Weak from 1-7!  Barely a heat leader let alone a #1.

Wouldn’t believe a word Peter says!  Waiting. For him to praise the team in the match report as usual  lol

That's kind of you.But I shouldn't complain really.Semi retired now, only do delivery work part time with one of those being a Thursday.Still I suppose it doesn't change the fact I lose a days pay plus spending money on admission etc to watch such a poor team.

The person who put the team together at the start of the season should put himself in the fans shoes and see how he would feel.

Do you actually bother to read scorecards? Lawson and Jorgensen have been excellent all season.

Excellent their scores may have been but you built a team on 2019 averages & both obviously have a lower average than Riss as he's riding at #1, he isn't even #1 in his Championship team.

Not a surprising result after losing Rory ( get well soon )was always going to be tough even with him -  well done to the Panthers - I think for the Stars it’s all about building towards March 2022 but hopefully get a few wins in what’s left of the 2021 season .

Building,  What’s to build ?   It will be a case of who is available on the right average at the right money.

To a point you are correct that’s the way speedway has gone - what I mean those in the team this season  put in some great performances show passion to want to stay with the club for 2022 . Win a few meetings would also help on and off track nothing worse going into the closed season on the back of losing meeting for riders and fans alike .
