I think the majority of people criticise out of disappointment because they desperately want it to be good. Look, we ALWAYS want it to be good, but sadly, it rarely is... I don't blame it on temporary tracks, just the fact that the machinery has "progressed" (and I use that term very loosely) to the point where the bikes can only be ridden on concrete, and the riders don't have a clue how to ride on dirt because of what the crazy power the bikes have. As I said earlier, if you TRULY attack the track (like Bewley and Holder did), you CAN make it work. I do actually wish I'd gone just to see Dan's victory, what a proud night for him, such a lovely lad too, never see him lose his cool. Attitudes like yours are unfortunately the reason why utter shambolic farces like tonight will keep happening but as seen this year, less and less gullible people will be fooled into wasting their money watching the rubbish, until finally only 12,000 want to actually see it!
