With the business end of the E Winner league  rapidly approaching it`s maybe time to clarify the play-offs rules for 2022.
Play-off leg 1 round 15 August 6th/7th
6 v 1, 5 v 2, 4 v 3
play-off leg 2 round 16 August 20th/21st
1 v 6, 2 v 5, 3 v 4
We then get a new order of finish for the semi`s this is determined by(if a tie)
1/ match points, 2/ race points, 3/ finishing position at end of regular season.
Semi- final leg 1 round 17 2nd September
Best loser v 1, 3 v 2
Semi-final leg 2 round 18 4th September
1 v best loser, 2 v 3
Final  1st leg round 19 11th September
Winner(2) v winner(1) 
final  2nd leg round 20 18th  September
Winner(1) v winner(2)

It’s an absolute nonsense you can finish 6th in a league of 8 teams, lose your first two play off matches and still advance and go on to win the league. Utter madness.

Even the British leagues aren’t daft enough to allow for lucky losers in a 6 team play off in a league of 8 teams
