Robert Lambert was announced as to replace Jordan Palin in the British team for the upcoming Test against the Rest of the World at Glasgow next Saturday, but I wonder if he will now rather have to replace the injured Dan Bewley?

Ollie Allen said on the pairs stream last night that Dan is hoping to ride. He’s having a late fitness test. But if he fails it they have someone on standby who I assume will be Harris

Well apart from the fact it would be a bit unfair on Berwick there is no reason not to pick Bomber.

He is on the form of his life at the moment and had it not been for Berwick having a match I'm sure he would have been in the team.

Maybe not Glasgow fans' favourite after his poor season with us but he is a trier.

Finally managed to coax the old man out of his covid hibernation for this match. Much as I rate them if be disappointed if ended up Hume and bailey replacing howarth and bewley. Been very poor communication from team GB regarding this. Website has loads of interviews this week but not one mention of Dan or howarth being unavailable
