Tuesday 13th Sept - Plymouth v Poole - PO SF 1st Leg

Recommended Posts

BSPL should give a cut-off date for the quarter finals as they did for the completion of the League programme.

So the track was perfect yesterday, covers were put down, and we had a little rain this morning which is now clearing away. Plymouth are so so desperate to get the second leg they call the meeting off when the rest of the day is forecast dry. Are they that inept at getting a race track in rideable order? Pathetic.

This really should be turned into a one legged round with the winner going through after tomorrows result. Plymouth promotion calling off so early is giving up. Not even giving the day a chance.

Eff off p1llock

Apparently the cut off is next Tuesday, so they will have to go ahead then.

If it goes past the deadline it will revert to the overall score of when the 2 teams met in the league fixture , same as the individual meetings

Plymouth win by 16pts then.

Playoffs are based over a full season so should go back to league table. Is anyone able to quote this supposed rule of being when we met from the rulebook?

I suppose Plymouth and Poole could decide the old fashioned way , shovlar could do the tossing …. If he is allowed into the stadiums

If it goes past the deadline it will be decided on the completed leg result. So Poole must win tomorrow night.

Steve, it's been raining since lunchtime?

Yes it has. The weather system pepped up. No issues with the call off but this morning first thing it looked different.

At least tomorrow is looking much better and we should see some action.
