Ben Cook 3.50 or 4.00 (Thrown in at the deep end having to ride in the 1-5 with no top league experience wouldn't make sense imo) 3. Chris Holder 7.16 4. Benjamin Basso 6.81 5. Niels-Kristian Iversen 7.59 6. Danyon Hume 3.06 (26 years of age now so wouldn't qualify as a RS under the current rules unless they get changed) 7.
