Peterborough Panthers 2023

Recommended Posts

Hume is a red herring for sure imo because the math doesn't add up here.

1. 10.88 or 10.38 (Wouldn't need that many points for a No.1 because nobody's average gets close to it other than Doyle and he's signed for Ipswich again)

2. Ben Cook 3.50 or 4.00 (Thrown in at the deep end having to ride in the 1-5 with no top league experience wouldn't make sense imo)

3. Chris Holder 7.16

4. Benjamin Basso 6.81

5. Niels-Kristian Iversen 7.59

6. Danyon Hume 3.06 (26 years of age now so wouldn't qualify as a RS under the current rules unless they get changed)

7. Jordan Jenkins (RS)

Cook is at Peterborough

Visa approval I dont doubt your right ,   he needs to be the other reserve along side the RS to get the most from him just like Basso was this season , strange offering Hume a deal if it wasnt as the RS as hes not exactly potent at the showground

Unless of course it was when they thought he'd be the rising star

Not anymore. Glasgow and Poole swapped assets. They have Basso we own Lawson.

Fraud slipped up there imho

Doubt Lindgren will ride over here again considering his long covid issues.

Doesn't even do the Swedish league either now.

I guess no point having an asset you can't use!

And no point keeping a rider who wants to be elsewhere.

The Basso/Lawson swap is one of them that suited all four parties.

That's as good as any team but would need Jake Allen to step up.

He's a strange rider as I've seen him have some very good meetings at Peterborough and the some 0,0,0
