Really, not heard that one, CVS said a couple of years ago when asked about him he didn’t think the Wolves fans would accept him so would never be an option. 2.5% reduction for British riders for initial team building purposes only I believe. CVS had signed, it is a natural assumption that this was for Wolves as he is their promoter but as you say this is the Leicester section.
