Well he’s riding for Wolves, Edinburgh and in the riders championship…

Website says Rory had a family holiday booked otherwise he would have partnered the skipper.

Could he not have holidayed in Oxford, very nice at this time of the year.

More and more riders seem to book family holidays during British League season.Wonder how many would do that in Poland and tell their club they are unavailable for a fixture.

He doesn't have to ride in it, if he doesn't want to.  It's not a team meeting, as such, so can't be "done" for withholding his services.  Might be a pain in the rectum area for the fans, but it's not the first time and certainly won't be the last time it's happened at these types of meetings.  We are kind of getting used to it now (doesn't make it right though).

Isn't the criteria that each club is supposed to nominate two out of the top three qualified riders, per average?

Berwick's top three are Rory, Leon and Jye (Hans A hasn't had enough meetings for the club).

They have nominated Jye and Leon.

Jye Etheridge shouldn’t even be in the same sentence as Rory Schlein.

Odd, the Pairs meetings must have been in the calendar all year & Schlein would have expected to be in Berwick's top 2

He might have told Berwick "count me out of the Pairs".

As Berwick were the Championship club who gave Rory a way back into speedway you would think he would make himself available for as many meetings as possible to represent Berwick, anyway thanks Rory, at least you can be bothered with the CLRC, or you can at the minute.
