iainb 5,022 Posted April 4, 2023 If Sedgeman, Harris and Fricke's form last night at the PCMT was anything to go by I'd say this tie should be over after this 1st leg... but with the 2nd leg being held at such a "specialist" track this may not be the case. I agree. But I do think king, Doyle, and even Joe Thomson should score enough at Leicester.

Falcon1983 557 Posted April 4, 2023 I'm going for a home win looking at the heat lines up 49-41, maybe 2-4 points separating the teams going into Heat 13 and Witches grab a pair of 5-1's to stretch the win out This is based on Doyle & Sayfutdinov scoring 28 points between them not being beaten by an away rider, but also based on low scores from Rew, Hume and Thompson
dontforgetthefueltapsbruv 10,706 Posted April 4, 2023 I think the Witches can eek out at least a 10 point advantage
Spiderman1 183 Posted April 5, 2023 I think if witches all fire together should be a close one ,going off other seasons witches home track advantage isn’t great at all, doyle was our saviour and looking good in uk again this year so far, lions will be a hard match No doubt

Can’t see all the Witches firing in their first home meeting anyway so I actually think Leicester will make a decent fist of it. Witches by 6-10 if it goes ahead. TTT 1,229 Posted April 5, 2023 Wouldn't write Leicester totally off in this one because they've got riders who go well around Foxhall. Ipswich to win but I think it'll be a lot closer than many predict. 4-6 point Home win.

Fricke has only really had one good meeting at Ipswich, morris and Lawson usually ok, bomber hit and miss, sedge and jake hit and miss very hard to predict but think the witches will enjoy early season home advantage
