Dan was doing perfectly fine averaging 3.33 (4.17) so there was no need to look for a replacement, but once Kemp had a great guest appearance they've quickly strengthened up. While Joe's averaging 1.29 (1.81) but Ipswich have kept him. Witches should've been quicker to strength up imo & could cost them a play-off spot! Actually rule 19.2.5 of the regulations (2023) allows any team member to take an r/r ride, whenever the absent rider's first and surname initials are the same.
