This forum tends to attract fans who have a real interest, whereas, for example Speedway Friends on Facebook proves that there are plenty of people out there who are barely computer literate or even capable of conscious thought.

This forum proves that also - on another note i used to post / a member on football forums and if you think the speedway forum was bad then you havent seen owt! There were people on those places who had no understanding of football rules / laws etc.

Its sunny here across the Pennines right now but rain is due later - I am in two minds about travelling to the NSS today

I agree on the weather being a bit of a leveller. That I do agree with. As for the second leg, again it’s an even bigger loss for Ipswich if Doyle doesn’t ride. He’s phenomenal around Foxhall and irreplaceable. He’s tough and may declare himself fit, but then how fit will he actually be? It’ll be interesting to see. If the rain hits hard this evening, Thursday may well be the first leg.

Similar to the forecast I saw this morning. Rain in the morning, then it didn’t actually look that bad. Hit and miss light showers across the afternoon.

Yes he missed the gate in his first ride and packed up at the back with machinery issues, but then looked fast in his next two and was clearly faster than Bewely in his fourth ride when he steamed under him and Bewely dropped it for which Doyle got ridiculously excluded. Why do fans do this nonsense? Make out their team is really up against it, underdogs, more disadvantaged than the opposition with injury, when it’s blatantly not true and they’re clearly strong favourites? It’s bizarre

I would ignore him, just a WUM,everyone knows losing Jason is a massive blow and Harris wont score anything like the same, Doyle is capable of beating Bewley and Kurtz, Harris isnt. Belle Vue are the hottest favourites since they played Peterborough so the crumb of comfort is Harris rode in that team and Belle Vue somehow managed to lose.

Yet not one fan either in the stadium or watching from home described their 8 point loss last time as amazing on this very forum. I few weren’t happy with Jason’s 5 whilst Aces fans were made up with Norick & Charles’ 16.

Doyle has said he is having a few days off and then be back on a bike. So looks like he will ride on Thursday.

  Anyone remember the 2022 British Final when it pi$$ed it down?  Chris Harris was on 3, 3, 2 and wasn't happy when the meeting was abandoned, Danny King was on 3, 3, 1 (before anyone says anything I know Bewley was on 8 as well).  Lets hope Chris can repeat that performance tonight if meeting goes ahead.  I'm staying optimistic as I hope all other Witches fans will be.

He needs to make sure he's ready to return, it won't do Ipswich or him any good if he's not at it, he got a massive hit to the head and these types of injury's can worsen before the get better.   If he is ok to ride Thursday that's pretty amazing.

will he be able to return thursday surely if knocked out or some kind of concussion its a 7 day rest period dont get me wrong i would love him to ride as a neutral fan but safety first
