I've always thought Brennan comes across really well with his public persona but now he's been binned off by Glasgow & Belle Vue Didn't he tell Glasgow he wasn't sure he was going to do Championship and they built their team before he decided he was going to do Championship after all? But a 7.99 rider is a whole grade below 8.00. Doesn't matter where the cut-off is, some riders would become far more valuable than others! The use of averages certainly has it's flaws, but it's the best system available imo. Have an overall team average too... That way no one can sign the "best" within each grade... Spot on Lisa, he was asked by Glasgow but couldn't decide if he was giving up championship and Glasgow didn't want to wait for a decision and miss out on team building

Chrisdonnelly 43 Posted November 11, 2023 (edited) Fricke back - bewley out please. Really don't see Ellis cutting it at belle Vue. Also rumours Charles isn't re-signing is another worry. If Steve worrall returns I'm off up the road to Sheffield to watch my speedway Edited November 11, 2023 by Chrisdonnelly

The club and Charles himself have confirmed this. I’d have kept him personally. worrall will be at a midlands club wonder if Ben cook could be wearing red and black next year

I notice Tungate is looking for a spot, probably too high an average but I'd love to see him back. I'm sure we will be competitive next year although disappointed that Tom isn't included. mikebv 10,292 Posted November 12, 2023 Shame about Charles Wright... He is great to watch at the NSS... And doesnt take many prisoners when riding.. Hope he comes back to the sport fully 100% fit, and will go and watch him at the NSS when whoever he rides for comes to town...
