Shame about Charles Wright...

He is great to watch at the NSS...

And doesnt take many prisoners when riding..

Hope he comes back to the sport fully 100% fit, and will go and watch him at the NSS when whoever he rides for comes to town...

Wonder if his fitness for start of season may be a factor in looking elsewhere, at least initially?

Let’s get silly as we have no idea of a points limit. But given it’s a dead cert top 2 of Emil & Doyle & Rew needs to start at reserve Something along the lines of

Emil

5 point overseas

King

Ellis

Doyle

Rew

Thompson

Just realised I’d put my thoughts for the Ipswich team in the Belle Vue section…..I do apologise

I’d be surprised but we’ll see. I’d heard Brennan to Ipswich was nailed on along with Emil and Doyle. So not sure where Ellis fits there but again we’ll see.

A 7+ rider in a 5.5 wrapper

I'd expect Adam to be very much in demand

Exactly. Probably THE plum signing this winter for somebody.

I'd say 5.5 average is the rider he is, very inconsistent.

Maybe but he was very poor for Sheffield.

Which is the reason he’d be a good signing. He’s proven to be far better than a 5.5 riders for many seasons now. The riders that drop more than a point off their average due to one poor year are the smartest signings to make.

Doesn’t always mean they’ll put that immediately back on of course so there’s no such thing as a dead cert. If he has another poor year next year and stays on a similar average then you can maybe start to ask a few more questions.

I personally think whoever signs him though will be getting a rider who’ll put a point on his starting average at a bare minimum.

3.81.Just a point to look at Phil is that B Cooks average was achieved by riding at reserve for 11 of the 24 meetings so you would think that would bump up his average. While Wrights average includes no reserve rides and a proven number 4 for 3 seasons so for 0.15 of a point we could have keep him. Hope Lemon has someone better in mind.

Adam had dropped a point each year for the last two seasons, he’s definitely on the downward spiral.  He’ll be back in the points if he spends as much money on his UK kit as he does his European kit as that was 1:4 ratio last season so shows where some of the issues are
