Is it so an 8.25 averaged rider can be used as guest at home?

Edit or is it 7.87?

Either way, especially for Milik, a good improvement...

7.88 (assuming they round up to the nearest hundredth.  Of course, only while that is their average ...

Its not just the impact on Birmingham speedway, when this side travels how many fans might decide to stay home rather than watch a very one sided affair? There will always be happy clappers but there are an awful lot of spectators who wish to be entertained. There will also be other promotions who aren't relishing the costs of facing and soundly beating Brum.

But these same promotions voted for a higher points limit. If they were so worried one team will be too weak & hurt their crowds, have a lower limit to share the riders out more?

Rider shortage isn't the issue for Birmingham though... they themselves said they had a "short" list of around 7 riders

That was for the last two riders it was two from seven.

They had the pick of the league before them along with everybody else... Well, as soon as they knew they were continuing, still plenty to choose from

How is that relevant to averages?  I very much doubt you'll ever get two riders having done the same number of rides in a season.

Because obtaining a 'higher' average over a longer period shows more consistency....that's the relevance!

I think that was 'publicity' BS.....

Third Season running that LR has put an inept side together!

Strange that the 'Official' Team Manager/s haven't made any comment on 'their' final TOP 2 signings?

Sam is probably having second thoughts!

I'm not that fussed about where we finish in the League.....I'm just glad to get out and have a night off from the Mrs....

Pawlicki finished on 7.32 with Wolves in 2014.

Milik finished on 5.67 with Kings Lynn in 2015.

Ridiculous if averages that are 9 and 10 years old are used

It is ridiculous but have rider's ever had their averages increased?? Also to a half point figure of 7.50??

Absolutely, Birmingham's management have requested it rather than the rider's being given it.

The numbers just make no sense at all, Pawlicki & Milik are nowhere near 7.50 rider's

Also, why is Wojdylo 5.00 and Lampart 6.00.... ?

You assume because Lampart rides in the Esktraliga and Wojdylo is only in the 2nd tier
