Parking at Redcar

Hello, what are the parking arrangements at Redcar? Thanks.

Huge car park directly outside the stadium which gets filled most times, so if you're leaving it to the last minute you may have to park on the street outside, which is perfectly safe (for Middlesbrough anyway) and is a dead end road so you don't get much traffic coming up. I hope you have a 4x4 and not a long slung sports car... Also it's free!!

As above, but if an event is on at the motorsport venue next door at the same time the area could be busy, ok on Friday nites but some weekends maybe busy

I wouldn't say plenty but some

If needed, they can open the overflow car park (with permission) of the Kart track, can they not (as they did for the CLRC).

I don't see them doing that week in week out though. Just for big events. Not knocking the club at all, it's one of, if not THE best run club in the country. And definitely the best track

Lots of free parking, as others have said.  Maybe take a pocket torch with you for after the meeting, the lighting in the car park isn't great and the surface a bit uneven.

At least that is better than Rye House used to be with dead glow worms for car park lighting and a very uneven surface with lots of water, even in dry spells, hiding the holes!

No one has seen a bad car park until you've been to see Fife Flyers play...
