Generally speaking, clubs would do well not to jump the gun on their team building this year. There could well be good options developing further down the road with riders choosing Poland and GB as their leagues this year and joining the Sweden exodus. If clubs go too early, they could end up regretting it. Edit: On the other hand and I’m contradicting myself here, maybe the best strategy is to strike quickly before Sweden backs down and resolves the tyre issue..

You beat me to it! Wroclaw connection, 6.06 average is hardly a risk either. Would slot in the middle order.

Would anyone take a punt on Magic in 2027? Not riding in Sweden apparently due to the tyre fiasco.

Martin Rogers was operating on a shoe string , Lee was a disaster , beat Erik Gunderson on his first race back but afterwards was missing half the time. In Simmo's book he mentions when him and Bill took over the deal was they would essentially take on the clubs debts and Martin could walk away. Martin came over as a decent bloke and the hard core crowd was always there even allowing for some dreadful teams in the mid eighties. -
You’re right it isn’t. Let’s hope that vastly improves after the winter track work.
