i dont think theyve counted Killen at all, there is no guarantee theyre going with a 3 rider. Basically they have 10.80 left for two riders. although it probably will be Pickering and Etheridge (someone else) -

It was probably easier to negotiate with Germany than the current bspl -
I was watching an episode of ‘World at war’ and up popped Lord Shawcross - he spoke about how the allies were going to deal with Germany at the end of the war. I guess his historic involvement as an independent arbitrator in bringing together the National and Provincial leagues to form the British league in 1965 must have been like a walk in the park!

Sounds like you've counted Killeen as a 3.00, but he's the rising star. The 37 point average is only for the top 6 riders. Killeen doesn't count. The 6th rider (Etheridge or other) has to have a minimum of 3.00. And there's a maximum of 7.80 left for the remaining rider, which is enough for Pickering's 7.76
