Some update on Jernej Kolenko. Me and my brother visited Jernej today at his home in Ljubljana. He was released from the hospital on thursday and spent a few days at home with his relatives and friends. Tommorow he is going to a rehabilitation center where he will stay for (at least) three weeks. He is in a positive mood. Apparently, one of the first words after being awaken after 12 days of coma were that he will get back on a speedway bike again. Today he confessed that it almost certainly won't happen this year, but it might happen next season. He has problems with memory, he doesn't remember everything, especially not the crash in Prelog. He also has some physical problems, he can't (yet) walk on his own, but it is expected that it will all get sorted during rehabilitation. All in all, more positive news about Jernej. He is getting better every day and hopefully we will soon see him at speedway tracks again.

Hi Gary Yes, meeting in Lendava is still on, it starts at 6pm. I don't have the lineup yet, but it should be a pretty good meeting. Best 4 riders from all 4 countries (Slovenia, Croatia, Austria and Hungary) are supposed to ride, but I'm not sure if this will happen. Check www.speedway.si in the next few days as the lineup will be announced.
