  1. Is Tom in place of Ulrich? Who is coming to replace Craig? Any clues?
  2. Everyone in the playoffs has a chance of winning it!
  3. Hmmm, well at least one Poole fan had big issues with the streaming so much so it put me off buying it after watching Darcy's interview on speedway portal! Apparently for them the sound was bad, they could only watch 4 heats and had to keep reloading it.
  4. Be better for us if he is not signing for Glasgow, as 3rd Sept would be tough with Lawson in their team!
  5. I was sat near the first bend and after the break it did look a lot better (not sure if it could have got worse, but blade improved it to an extent). However bends 3 and 4 caught Basso and Hume out later in the meeting.
  6. Also Leicester and Wolves may not want him riding with an injury and they pulled him out of it rather than Nick himself!
  7. A couple of posters seem to think it is further south than Glasgow.
  8. Ride a bike? We should stick with Rory imo. I thought Lawson was going to Plymouth?
  9. Other track issues than just dust in last meeting but I agree they need to be sorted. However day meetings are notorious for being dusty especially when it is a hot day. But we shall see!
  10. Not far off! Wolves seemed to have dropped their form a bit. Peterborough now seem the team to beat esp if they keep Hans at reserve.
  11. Masters also has had 4 efs for Wolves in last 2 meetings. I've never ever seen him retire from a race before!
  12. Sounds to me as he is staying. Wonder if he uses the same engines that he uses at Kent.
  13. SHEFFIELD co-owner Peter Mole is asking fans to back off under-performing Troy Batchelor ahead of tonight’s (Thursday) crucial clash with Ipswich at Owlerton. From British Speedway twitter

  15. Interesting, they are 'maintaining' the track. Good sign? Swindon Speedway on Twitter: " our home. Big thanks to the team at @SwindonDogs for maintaining the speedway track during our second season of inactivity. Lovely pictures from our friend @Joshsealey for next year. Have a good day, Robins https://t.co/Ce2mKDNpeA" / Twitter
  16. Is it Kent? Matches Poole's top 3 if it is!
  17. Leicester still got a bit to catch up, though 2 of them are against Glasgow!
  18. Only seen Steve try and put a positive spin on it. But yes it must have been very difficult and challenging for the riders last night. From Poole website, Danny Ford has said: 'Although happy that the Pirates came through this with a victory Poole promoter Dan Ford was disappointed that the track did pose a problem for this meeting, admitting "we can only apologise to everyone that track conditions were far from ideal and did detract from the show tonight as it wasn't the most spectacular meeting. This is an area that we are working on. At the start of the season the track was fantastic but for the past few meetings we have struggled to get it right. It is well know that we have had issues with the track for years now and we are determined to try and resolve it as soon as possible." '
  19. That's the trouble with the written word I guess, you can mean it one way and someone else takes it another. Glad it's cleared up now though.
  20. My post was still blown completely out of context! 'like he won the race' was just an example of how much cheering the crowd gave him. If I thought it was going to be completely taken the wrong way then I would have used an emoji to empathise the point, but i really didn't think it would be. Well, you attack me or the club and I defend myself
