Apologies for taking this slightly off topic
I've just read that Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich has been awarded the Knights Cross of The Order of Dannebrog.
This is a Danish Knighthood
So have any of the countries speedway riders been honoured in this way or OBE etc if the Danes also have those type of awards
I remember the late Gary Ford and his team mate Sean Willmott having a big crash at Oxford while riding for Weymouth ?
They both got up but their bikes were rather the worse for wear.
i'm getting confused i thought they had an NL guest for EP.
Is there anyone who actually understands the rulebook ? if so can they come to the front of the class and explain it to the thickos ie ME
As Ellis Perks is missing the meeting to represent his country commonsense would say Redcar should be allowed a guest of suitable average. As the rules dont allow this maybe the Redcar management should lobby the BSPA for an amendment to the rule for next season. Admittedly it doesnt help today and might not affect Redcar in the future but for the greater good of the sport i think it would be good.
Poole consider themselves the dogs test-icicles That's why they're always sniffing
Though everyone should agree it's a very successful business model for them
So you want to sack me but also want me to put in a shift as you're in the doodoo Either pay a Kings ransom or I'll Google around at the back
If the promotor/TM wants you out it's their choice
PS I'm not Richard Hall
I'm speaking hypothetically regarding what I would do if I was and what I would do in similar circumstances in any other job
So they've told him he's sacked but they want him to do 1 more shift. If he doesn't ride he gets a 28 day ban.
If that was me I'd be seeing a lawyer who specializes in employment law.
