A number 8 has to be in an NDL declared 1-7 (this from a SCB Referee). A "local second halfer/wobbler" may be seen as a danger to "experienced" riders, hence the rule.

Don't think Adam was ever ours (could be wrong). IF he was then, usually, the loan fee is paid up front. And, now Newcastle are no more, all of their assets become assets of the BSPL.
