Suppose you know that the likes of Riss were available then??? Care to enlighten everyone with who they should have chosen? considering there are 4 teams they can't choose from...
-
Batch will be welcome back at Workington with open arms, probably up to him given the travel though.
-
Just have to hope Workington can get the best possible guests for Saturday, to at least give us half a chance if recent visits to Poole are anything to go by... Hopefully Josh Pickering and Dan Tnompson (if allowed given he rode last week) will fancy some more laps around Northside. Drew Kemp maybe too.
-
Ace Pijper at reserve maybe? A strong reserve is needed, proved in 2018 how important that is. Tate, Antti and Batch have to nailed on. Would happily have Batch starting the season at number 1. Add in Connor Bailey too, think Workington would be the ideal place for him to return. Can imagine there being plenty of riders who would like to ride Northside every week!

50-40 is a great result considering Cook and Vissing were missing. Batch superb and Jenkins an excellent guest. -

Sometimes there are more important things in life than work and sport. Can only imagine that his partner and the birth of his child takes priority. It's unfortunate that Craig's not there but maybe the baby's a bit closer to arriving than he thought! -

Weather looks good and missing Tate and Connor definitely makes things closer, on paper at least. Sure Leon will be fine and Ace can't really do any worse than Claus has been recently... -

Troy's been excellent all season so Workington fans have no concerns whether or not he turns up. He must just enjoy riding somewhere he's liked and appreciated this season! -
They haven't said he isn't...

Job done, came for the bonus point and got it. Move on to the next one, hopefully Batch and Sam aren't too bad after their falls and get Tate's replacement in. Keyboard warriors can get back in their parent's spare bedrooms now. Funny how some not only think there's a bottomless pit of rider's available, but that Celina could have easily got to Edinburgh from Luton!!

There's nothing more amusing than people who get on their high-horse when they know absolutely nothing! Pretty sure you lot won't be complaining in a few weeks. Anyone who's seen Tate ride at Workington can see how much potential he has and how good he already is. Think Belle Vue fans need to see Heat 8 against Ipswich from BSN...

C'mon, at least spell his name right! Anyone who's seen Tate ride knows how much potential he has and in fact, how good he already is.

Workington v Oxford championship 3pm 25/05/24
Firestone1 replied to topaz325's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
I think it was always on the BSN schedule, but should be a good match. Ace coming in for Celina should strengthen Workington slightly, he was better than his points suggested when Glasgow visited. Hopefully Celina is feeling better soon, was looking forward to seeing her build on her good performance last week. -

Can't blame anyone for taking it easy around Newcastle, especially Roynan! At the end of the day he scored 4 points, which has kept us in the cup tie and most importantly stayed injury free. I've no issues with Roynan at no. 4, he'll be fine.
