  1. Yes Starke scored paid 14 away from home too, looks like a good decision to get him back. As for Klindt no idea but he has said hes better every day and looking forward to racing again so maybe he may stay.
  2. Yep exactly what I said at the time but maybe now we can replace Klindt with a much better rider than Newman. Disagree I don't think he would be dropped if he wasn't injured or carrying an injury especially as prior to injury he was scoring quite well.
  3. Paul Starke scored 14 tonight at Redcar, maybe the right decision after all
  4. So who would you get for Klindt when he gets the tin tack?
  5. Madsen was a 6.1 average last time he rode here
  6. Have to make the change before monday if we want Madsen
  7. Belle Vue v Poole still not updated on the Aces site, perhaps Fred Flange is right severe lack of interest in meetings until the play offs or just that nobody from Belle Vue can be bothered to keep the paying public informed.
  8. Good job I haven't booked hotel yet!
  9. I imagine a lot of promotors would want to now. I dont see the relevance of Matt Ford wanting to sign him a few years ago.
  10. I know I am biased but I would put Kurtz above Masters but probably doesn't make that much difference.
  11. Has Mark Lemon got a grudge against Brady Kurtz surely having a much better season than Masters.
  12. Surely the only reason you would re-declare under the 42 point limit would be if you wanted a higher average rider like Pawlicki to replace Klindt
  13. I agree saddlebow Road was fantastic 20 years ago and Buster seemed to be a master at track prep, don't know what went wrong, the world cup was great for us but the racing wasn't great.
  14. The racing looks pretty good considering it was at what you call the horror track!
  15. I agree it would appear the top two are decided but not who actually finishes top which is important and they can decide who they play and maybe more importantly that they can be at home for the 2nd leg. we all know your opinion on the play offs but a big part of what I like about the play off system which you didn't get in the past was the all out racing that the play offs provide. I believe in more recent years the passion for the play offs has dwindled and you do not get quite as big crowds these days in the play offs but they are still the best attended meetings. Obviously they do have a detrimental affect on normal league meetings especially for those teams near the bottom but personally I believe the best racing is provided by the play offs and long may they continue.
  16. Nothing decided yet I don't think 28 meetings is too many, need more in my view season is too short. Nothing is decided yet. Top spot is important so you can choose your opponent and 4th place is certainly still up for grabs.
  17. He is 5th in polish averages so would be a massive improvement on Klindt, he doesn't need to be number one.
  18. don't worry i am sure it won't be him, good rider though.
  19. Oh ok just a thought i'm sure Matt Ford has someone in mind and i imagine in place before our next meeting.
  20. He got 10 points in the SEC so i don't think that's too bad and a league meeting should be easier than the SEC. We could get a decent replacement for Klindt maybe Madsen.
  21. Yes but Poole will have a better team by then.
  22. So if they brought in someone for Doyle they couldnt then bring Doyle back for the semi final and if they wanted to drop Morris they would have to prove he was injured.
  23. Yes he seems to have turned the corner(pun intended)
  24. Poole will be in the play offs no worries there.
