  1. I know I am biased but I would put Kurtz above Masters but probably doesn't make that much difference.
  2. Has Mark Lemon got a grudge against Brady Kurtz surely having a much better season than Masters.
  3. Surely the only reason you would re-declare under the 42 point limit would be if you wanted a higher average rider like Pawlicki to replace Klindt
  4. I agree saddlebow Road was fantastic 20 years ago and Buster seemed to be a master at track prep, don't know what went wrong, the world cup was great for us but the racing wasn't great.
  5. The racing looks pretty good considering it was at what you call the horror track!
  6. I agree it would appear the top two are decided but not who actually finishes top which is important and they can decide who they play and maybe more importantly that they can be at home for the 2nd leg. we all know your opinion on the play offs but a big part of what I like about the play off system which you didn't get in the past was the all out racing that the play offs provide. I believe in more recent years the passion for the play offs has dwindled and you do not get quite as big crowds these days in the play offs but they are still the best attended meetings. Obviously they do have a detrimental affect on normal league meetings especially for those teams near the bottom but personally I believe the best racing is provided by the play offs and long may they continue.
  7. Nothing decided yet I don't think 28 meetings is too many, need more in my view season is too short. Nothing is decided yet. Top spot is important so you can choose your opponent and 4th place is certainly still up for grabs.
  8. He is 5th in polish averages so would be a massive improvement on Klindt, he doesn't need to be number one.
  9. don't worry i am sure it won't be him, good rider though.
  10. Oh ok just a thought i'm sure Matt Ford has someone in mind and i imagine in place before our next meeting.
  11. He got 10 points in the SEC so i don't think that's too bad and a league meeting should be easier than the SEC. We could get a decent replacement for Klindt maybe Madsen.
  12. Yes but Poole will have a better team by then.
  13. So if they brought in someone for Doyle they couldnt then bring Doyle back for the semi final and if they wanted to drop Morris they would have to prove he was injured.
  14. Yes he seems to have turned the corner(pun intended)
  15. Poole will be in the play offs no worries there.
  16. I thought they could change it for semi final so could bring in Kurtz for Morris
  17. Pleased to hear Klindt hasn't been injured badly, he really needs to give up the unequal challenge now. Looks like we could get a decent replacement on his average now it seems the 1.4 multiplier is no longer in operation, the best would seem to be Milik. Poole asset Perks seems to have been harshly treated by Rye House hope he gets fixed up soon.
  18. Personally I think he will be fine now and back to form judging on his recent scores, well I hope so, always liked him as a rider and I think it is unfortunate how this season has started for him.
  19. Do you know the rules on replacing a rider like for like now we have a 42 point limit, is the 1.4 conversion still used?
  20. I think with a full team they are the most likely winners but a lot can change between now and the play offs.
  21. Well said, a very good assessment. One of my favourite tracks prior to NSS being built was Peterborough usually good racing there and I expect it still is although in a lower league.
  22. Nicolai Klindt is riding in the SEC so we will see how that goes, many have ridden with an injury in the past and I feel he just needs a couple of meetings to get used to riding with the injury.
